\r\nBy accessing or using Kwicly.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

2. About Kwicly<\/h4>

\r\nKwicly.app is a technology marketplace operated by Kwicly IT Solutions that connects customers with independent partner salons and businesses for appointment booking and promotional offers.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

3. Eligibility<\/h4>

\r\nYou must be at least 18 years old or use the platform with parental or guardian consent.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

4. User Accounts<\/h4>

\r\nUsers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. Kwicly may suspend accounts involved in fraud, fake bookings, abuse, or unlawful activities.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

5. Bookings<\/h4>

\r\nBooking availability is determined by partner salons. Salons may accept or reject booking requests. Customers are responsible for arriving on time.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

6. Payments<\/h4>

\r\nBooking fees are payable through supported payment methods. Remaining service charges, where applicable, are payable directly to the salon unless otherwise stated.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

7. Membership<\/h4>

\r\nAnnual membership benefits are subject to eligibility, availability, and the Membership Terms. Auto-renewal may be cancelled before the renewal date.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

8. Wallet<\/h4>

\r\nWallet credits are promotional\/booking credits, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and redeemable only for eligible bookings with participating partner salons.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

9. Partner Businesses<\/h4>

\r\nPartner salons are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their services, pricing, hygiene, staff conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

10. Offers & Promotions<\/h4>

\r\nOffers are provided by partner businesses, may have eligibility conditions, and may be modified or withdrawn in accordance with their terms.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

11. Intellectual Property<\/h4>

\r\nAll trademarks, logos, designs, text, software, and content on Kwicly.app are owned by or licensed to Kwicly IT Solutions and may not be used without permission.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

12. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>

\r\nKwicly acts only as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided by partner salons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwicly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

13. Privacy<\/h4>

\r\nUse of the platform is also governed by the Kwicly Privacy Policy.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

14. Changes<\/h4>

\r\nKwicly may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

15. Governing Law<\/h4>

\r\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
