1. Introduction<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nThese Partner Business Terms govern the participation of salons and other businesses on Kwicly.app, operated by Kwicly IT Solutions.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

2. Eligibility<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nBusinesses must provide accurate registration details and obtain approval from Kwicly before being listed.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

3. Independent Business<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nPartners remain independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

4. Listings<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nPartners are responsible for keeping business profiles, pricing, operating hours, services, and contact details accurate and up to date.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

5. Bookings<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nPartners should honor confirmed bookings whenever possible. They may accept or reject booking requests in accordance with their operational capacity and applicable law.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

6. Service Standards<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nPartners are solely responsible for service quality, hygiene, staff conduct, licenses, taxation, consumer compliance, and customer satisfaction.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

7. Pricing & Offers<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nPartners determine their own prices and promotional offers. Any offer published through Kwicly should be honored during its validity period unless withdrawn in accordance with platform rules.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

8. Payments<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nPartners are responsible for collecting any remaining service amount payable at the salon unless otherwise agreed. Kwicly's booking fee is governed by its customer policies.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

9. Customer Data<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nPartner businesses may access customer information only for fulfilling bookings and must not misuse, sell, or disclose customer data except as permitted by law.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

10. Intellectual Property\r\n<\/h4>\r\n

Partners grant Kwicly a non-exclusive right to display their business name, logo, images, and promotional content for listing and marketing purposes.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

11. Suspension & Termination<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nKwicly may suspend or remove a partner for fraud, repeated customer complaints, inaccurate information, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or conduct that may harm customers or the platform.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

12. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nKwicly acts solely as a technology marketplace and is not responsible for the day-to-day operations of partner businesses.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

13. Governing Law<\/h4>\r\n

\r\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
