1. Introduction<\/h4>\r\n

These Membership Terms govern the Kwicly Membership offered by Kwicly IT Solutions through Kwicly.app.<\/p>\r\n

2. Eligibility<\/h4>\r\n

Membership is available to eligible users with a valid Kwicly account. You must be at least 18 years old or use the service with parental or guardian consent.<\/p>\r\n

3. Membership Plan<\/h4>\r\n

Kwicly Membership is currently offered at \u20b9399 per year. Pricing may change for future subscription periods with prior notice.<\/p>\r\n

4. Membership Benefits<\/h4>\r\n

Members may receive benefits such as 10%\u201330% discounts at participating partner salons, access to exclusive local deals and promotional offers, and other benefits announced from time to time. Benefits vary by partner and availability.<\/p>\r\n

5. Auto-Renewal<\/h4>\r\n

Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may disable auto-renewal through your account settings or the applicable payment provider.<\/p>\r\n

6. Refund Policy<\/h4>\r\n

A membership may be refunded within 7 days of purchase only if no membership benefits have been used. Once any membership benefit has been redeemed, or after 7 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\r\n

7. Cancellation<\/h4>\r\n

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for the current membership period, except as described in the Refund Policy.<\/p>\r\n

8. Misuse<\/h4>\r\n

Kwicly may suspend or terminate membership benefits if it detects fraud, misuse of discounts or offers, fake bookings, or violations of the Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\r\n

9. Changes to Benefits<\/h4>\r\n

Kwicly may add, modify, or discontinue membership benefits, participating partners, or promotional offers from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively.<\/p>\r\n

10. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\r\n

Membership benefits are subject to availability and participating partners. Kwicly does not guarantee that every partner salon will offer membership discounts at all times.<\/p>\r\n

11. Governing Law<\/h4>\r\n

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.<\/p>\r\n
