1. Marketplace Disclaimer

Kwicly is a technology platform that connects customers with independent partner salons and businesses. Kwicly does not own, operate, manage, or control any salon listed on the platform.

2. Service Responsibility

All services, pricing, hygiene standards, staff conduct, quality of work, and customer experience are the sole responsibility of the respective partner salon or business. Kwicly does not guarantee the quality or outcome of any service.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices, offers, appointment availability, and promotional discounts may change without prior notice at the discretion of the partner business.

4. Appointments

Appointment times are estimates. Delays may occur due to operational reasons at the salon.

5. Membership & Offers

Membership benefits, coupons, and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and may be modified or withdrawn by participating partners where permitted.

6. Wallet

Wallet credits are promotional/booking credits. They are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and may only be used at eligible partner salons through Kwicly.

7. Third-Party Services

Kwicly uses third-party providers such as payment gateways, analytics, maps, messaging, and cloud services. Their services are governed by their own policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwicly IT Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services provided by partner businesses.

9. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform, create fake bookings, abuse offers, or engage in fraudulent activity. Kwicly may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
