1. Introduction

These Membership Terms govern the Kwicly Membership offered by Kwicly IT Solutions through Kwicly.app.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available to eligible users with a valid Kwicly account. You must be at least 18 years old or use the service with parental or guardian consent.

3. Membership Plan

Kwicly Membership is currently offered at ₹399 per year. Pricing may change for future subscription periods with prior notice.

4. Membership Benefits

Members may receive benefits such as 10%–30% discounts at participating partner salons, access to exclusive local deals and promotional offers, and other benefits announced from time to time. Benefits vary by partner and availability.

5. Auto-Renewal

Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may disable auto-renewal through your account settings or the applicable payment provider.

6. Refund Policy

A membership may be refunded within 7 days of purchase only if no membership benefits have been used. Once any membership benefit has been redeemed, or after 7 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for the current membership period, except as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Misuse

Kwicly may suspend or terminate membership benefits if it detects fraud, misuse of discounts or offers, fake bookings, or violations of the Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to Benefits

Kwicly may add, modify, or discontinue membership benefits, participating partners, or promotional offers from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively.

10. Limitation of Liability

Membership benefits are subject to availability and participating partners. Kwicly does not guarantee that every partner salon will offer membership discounts at all times.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
